We also conduct arbitrations at the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD"), and New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE").
In addition to our individual-centered practice, we sometimes advise and represent businesses in employment and other commercial matters, including formulating effective EEO policies and procedures and drafting employment handbooks.
