Julia G. Ware is currently a rising senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying Communications and Psychology. Prior to UMass, Ms. Ware spent a semester in Australia and New Zealand as part of a community service and leadership program. After college, Ms. Ware hopes to apply her communication and psychology skills to promote equality and give a voice to those in need. Julia grew up in Westchester County and enjoys traveling, food discovery, working out, and spending time with her friends, family, and two-year-old Doodle, Raki.

Theodore J. Filippatos, Law Clerk

Theodore J. Filippatos is a native New Yorker and recent graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2020. He is currently admitted to the Bar in the State of Florida and is pending admission in New York. Mr. Filippatos showcased his strong commitment to employee rights throughout law school, where he worked as a law clerk in various employment law firms and co-founded the Employment Law Society at Fordham. Prior to law school, Theodore graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & American Literature from New York University. In his free time, Theodore enjoys traveling, weightlifting, watching sports, and spending quality time with his friends, family, and puppy, Brady.

Falisha Pierre, Law Clerk & Office Manager

Falisha Pierre is a recent graduate of Pace University – Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2020. While in law school, Ms. Pierre was a member of the Pace Intellectual Property, Sports, and Entertainment Law Forum and participated in the 2019 National Immigration Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Ms. Pierre graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, and a minor in Journalism. Ms. Pierre’s legal career began as a paralegal for an employment law firm in 2015; after dabbling in different areas of law, Ms. Pierre came to learn that she has a strong commitment to the enforcement of employee rights, which is serendipitous to her career at Filippatos PLLC. In her free time, Falisha enjoys reading, and spending time with her friends and family, and taking walks with her one-year-old Maltipoo, Charlie.

Anais Cora, Paralegal

Anais Cora received her paralegal certificate in 2016 from the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. Since receiving her paralegal certificate Ms. Cora has dedicated her career to helping individuals in the areas of Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, and now Employment Law. During her free time, Anais enjoys spending time with her family, friends and exploring new international foods.
