Before joining Filippatos PLLC, Ms. Phoottham practiced as a Corporate Lawyer at a law firm in Bangkok, Thailand providing legal assistance to foreign entities and individuals who were seeking to operate businesses in Thailand. Ms. Phoottham also conducted legal research, provided legal opinions on a wide range of legal issues, and handled all aspects of the trademark registration process, from initial document preparation to final stages. She engaged in the drafting, reviewing, translating, and proofreading of the agreements and legal documents to ensure compliance with Thai laws and accuracy, as well as verified and examined the accuracy of the information and documents in order to notarize them. During her university years, Ms. Phoottham served as an intern at the Office of Provincial State Attorney Udonthani. In this role, Ms. Phoottham provided assistance to the legal officer by preparing complaints and supporting documents for executor/estate trustee cases.
