Before commencing his studies at Duke Law School, Charanian successfully passed the exams to qualify as an English & Welsh barrister. His previous experiences include volunteering for the Free Representation Unit in London to represent pro se litigants in employment law disputes and recently winning a client significant damages in a landlord-tenant dispute as a student at Duke’s Civil Justice Clinic. Charanian hopes to qualify both in New York and England & Wales and is a Lord Denning Scholar of Lincoln’s Inn.
