Elie Kadriu joined Filippatos PLLC in March 2025. She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Peace and Justice Studies from Pace University and her Juris Doctor from George Washington University. Ms. Kadriu is dedicated to advocating for individuals’ rights in the workplace and combating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Prior Experience
During law school, Ms. Kadriu was an active member of the Moot Court Board at GW Law and received both the Rothwell IP Moot Court Best Brief Award and Rothwell IP Moot Court Champion Award. She served as President of the European Community of Justice and worked as a legal research assistant, analyzing the impact of US-based crowdfunding under Title III of the JOBS Act.
Ms. Kadriu served as a judicial clerk at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where she assisted with case preparation for family law, civil matters, and parentage support cases. Additionally, she clerked at a DC-based immigration law firm, where she helped asylum seekers who were members of Particular Social Groups (PSG) and survivors of sexual violence during armed conflict.

Ms. Kadriu received her dual Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Peace and Justice studies from Pace University and her Juris Doctor from George Washington University.
Interests
In her free time, Ms. Kadriu enjoys discovering new bookstores, reading fantasy novels, scrapbooking, and painting.
