Fox News To Face Claim Of 2008 Sex Assault In Federal Court

Filippatos PLLC is representing Andrew DeLancey in his sexual assault lawsuit against the a former producer of Fox News Network, the network itself, and the Fox Corporation. DeLancey claims that Wells sexually assaulted him when they both worked for the network, and that the network was negligent in “its hiring and supervision” of Justin Wells, an executive producer of “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” The case has been moved to federal court. DeLancey is seeking $1.5 million in damages, and filed his suit under the Adult Survivors Act.

A&E Settles Worker’s Sex Harassment And Age Bias Claims

Jenice Jeter, represented by Filippatos PLLC, has agreed to a settlement with A&E Television Networks LLC. Jeter, a broadcast operations administrator for the network, filed a lawsuit accusing the company of discriminating against her due to age concerns. She also claimed she was repeatedly sexually harassed by an executive. She sought punitive, compensatory, and liquidated damages. These claims have been resolved.
